Please bring clean comfortable shoes to
change into. Either sneakers or flat soft-soled dance shoes are
suitable. No shoes that have been worn outside are permitted in
the dance studio in order to keep outside dirt and grit from damaging
the floor. Please change shoes in the hallway before entering the
studio.
Green Street Studios are on the second
floor. The studio space is air conditioned. You may also wish to
bring
a bottle
of
water
to drink during class.
By Car
From Boston:
- Cross Mass. Ave. Bridge into Cambridge.
- Go 1/2 mile and turn left on Sidney Street (a wide
street just before a fire station on the left)
- Take first right onto Green Street.
- Go one block and cross Brookline Street.
- Green Street Studios is the 2nd building on the right.
From Mass. Pike/I-90:
- Take Exit 18 towards Cambridge.
- Go straight, crossing River Street Bridge into Cambridge.
- Continue straight on River Street less than 1/2 mile
and make a right on Franklin Street.
- Take the 3rd left onto Brookline Street and the
next left onto Green Street.
- Green Street Studios is the 2nd building on the
right.
Parking:
- Resident parking can be used on
Sundays. Try Green Street, Brookline
Street and neighboring streets.
- A parking garage is available on Green Street in the
block after the studio on the left.
- Parking meters are free on Sundays:
- Available on Brookline Street and Mass. Ave.
- Go to end of Green Street, turn right, cross Mass.
Ave. onto Prospect Street, then first right to
a large parking lot with meters located 1/2 block down
on right.
By Subway T
Approximately 300 yards from Central Square Subway T
stop on the Red Line.
- Go to Central Square Subway T
stop on the Red Line (check
the MBTA Subway T schedules and maps at www.mbta.com)
- Exit the station and walk down Magazine Street towards
the church.
- Make first left onto Green Street.
- Green Street Studios is in the 2nd block, 2nd building
from the end on the left.
