Last Workshop of the Weekend

We don't know what to say except WOW! We have had a lot of great weekends over the years, but this one with Frankie topped them all! Starting with the awesome presentation with Frankie and Cynthia on Friday, followed by a really fun afternoon of workshops and evening dance on Saturday, it couldn't have been better. It was great to see so many enthusiastic dancers from all over New England and beyond. Plus a big thank you to all who helped to make it such a great weekend including those who encouraged people to attend, Matt & Laura for coming up from NYC to teach some of the classes, Cynthia for organizing the fantastic presentation, John Tomeny for helping with the DJing, Tom Hagar for taking pictures at the dance, our fellow Hop to the Beat Dancers and everyone in the Lindy Chorus who joined us in our mini-tribute to Frankie, our helpers as well as everyone who pitched in to move chairs or equipment or whatever else needed doing, everyone who hosted visiting dancers and everyone who attended with their smiling faces. The big thanks goes to Frankie for bringing his spirit and joy which is really what it is all about. We just hope that a little bit of Frankie has rubbed off on all of us.
