Please bring a change of clean shoes for dancing and change in the lobby to help prevent outside wet, salt and grit from getting on the wooden floor. Please bring an alternative to black rubber soled shoes that leave marks or shoes that will scratch the floor (sharp heels, exposed nails, embedded grit etc.).

Congregation Kehillath Israel is located on Harvard Street, with the entrance across the street from the intersection with Beals Street, just a few blocks from Coolidge Corner in Brookline. The Social Hall is located at the opposite end from Williams Street. The entrance is on the lower level.

Parking

Street parking is available on Harvard Street as well as in the surrounding area. Some meters are free after 6:00pm and some after 8:00pm. The closest public parking lot is off of Fuller Street. If you walk through to the end of the lot, there is a pathway to the building. A large public lot is located on Centre Street with a big section on the east side of the road and a smaller section on the west. Smaller lots are located on Babcock Street and John Street. Additional parking is available across Beacon and Centre Streets at the parking lot on Webster Street and at an hourly rate in the Courtyard Marriott Hotel garage also on Webster Street. Public Transportation

The closest MBTA train stop is the Coolidge Corner T Station on the C Branch of the Green Line. It is at the intersection of Harvard and Beacon Streets.

A second option is the Harvard Avenue T Station on the B Branch of the Green Line. It is at the intersection of Harvard Avenue and Commonwealth Avenue. Harvard Avenue turns into Harvard Street as you head south.

The #66 bus runs from Harvard Square to Dudley Station. You can ask to be dropped off at the corner of Harvard and Williams Streets, which is right in front of the building.
